Where Projects
Become Practices
Beyond theoretical solutions, we cultivate social prototypes and emergent frameworks—into resonant, lived practice.
ParamitaLab is a practice-based inquiry into the intersection of capacity building, social art, and awareness-raising — a space for discovering what becomes possible through creative collaboration.
We are committed to nurturing the growth of critical and respectful individuals who are empowered to think, choose, and create.
Our work unfolds in two ways: through joint initiatives that mature into independent projects with their own rhythm and purpose, and through direct collaborations with organisations and communities navigating complexity. Some of our work is paid, sustaining our practice ground; other projects follow the spirit of the gift — grounded in mutual generosity and shared learning.
Across all our activities runs the same philosophy: working at the source of patterns, cultivating capacity, and creating conditions for emergence.
We partner with educators, activists, artists, and change-makers ready to work at depth — where transformation calls for new ways of perceiving, relating, and responding.

From Regenerated Industrial Site to Open Artistic-Social Hub
How to open a space?
How do we create a space that is a home for our work?
These are the questions we ask ourselves. We believe a space is not a pre-given condition—instead, a space unfolds through the act of placing.
Overview: C.A.S.A. Reggello transforms a former industrial site in Italy into an open hub for art, culture, and community. It is a space where creativity, European connections, and inclusion converge to respond to the urgencies of our time.
What it Is:
A physical and social platform in Reggello that leverages creative practice to address contemporary challenges, fostering collaboration and engagement across diverse communities.
Focus Areas:
A multifunctional hub combining artistic coworking and residencies, training and event spaces, EU information services, and community-driven initiatives — from a Km0 café and art shop to gardens and social orchards fostering connection and creativity.
