Once a year, the network stops moving forward and comes together — to look back at what the year has held, and forward at what the next one asks.

The 2026 Gathering in Florence is where WellSpaces reflects on its first year of practice and begins to shape what comes next. It is four days of honest encounter — between practitioners, youth workers, researchers, young people, and policymakers — moving from embodied learning and co-creation to structured policy dialogue.

This is where relationships deepen, ideas become commitments, and the network's shared direction comes into focus.

Programme

Evening of 19 November — Arrival & opening. The network gathers.

20–21 November — Full programme days. Practice-based learning, working groups, co-creation, and cross-network exchange.

Morning of 22 November — Policy dialogue & closing. The session that produces the Youth Wellbeing & Belonging Charter: a living document shaped by practitioners and young people, taken directly into EU-level advocacy.
