What we do

Scaffolding. Constellation. Holding. That’s how ParamitaLab works.

These are the concrete devices where our practice unfolds. Neither standardised products nor pre-designed packages: they are spaces of encounter that we adapt to each context, through relational holding and active listening to specific needs.

We work in three main formats —consultancy, capacity-building and initiatives— which we articulate through a mixed economy. Each responds to different depths and durations, yet all seek the same: to create the conditions for each person's singularity to emerge as generative difference that transforms the collective.

CAPACITY-BUILDING

Intensive laboratories lasting 2–5 days for teams and communities of practice. Learning emerges from encounter, shared experimentation and reflection-in-action.

CONSULTANCY

We accompany organisations in traversing their own paradoxes. We do not bring solutions: we hold the space where theirs emerge.

CO-CREATED INITIATIVES

Projects that originate from ParamitaLab, either continuing with us or developing their own identity before eventually spreading their wings and becoming autonomous.

ParamitaLab ETS is the framework that holds together a constellation of initiatives at the intersection of social art, experiential learning and community development. Some of these initiatives grow to become autonomous, developing their own identity, methodology and community. They are deliberate responses to the challenges of our time — not hasty solutions, but ways of cultivating a readiness for the futures that are emerging.

Collaborations

We work in close collaboration with

Antigóna — our main ally: Organization founded in 2008 that develops projects of solidarity and inclusion at the local, European and global level, integrating social, digital and formative dimensions.

European Networks — Through Erasmus+ and other European Commission programs, we participate in transnational projects that nourish shared learning and collective experimentation around inclusion and capacity-building.

"Giving space, clearing places: this is what grounds and guides all building. The 'between' is not an additional third, but the relation itself that gathers the two in their being-turned toward one another."
— Martin Heidegger
