About us
We inhabit and work in the fertile margins between art, education, and social practice — that territory where categories become porous and something of the order of the new can occur. We use art not as illustration, but as a medium of knowledge and transformation.
For years, we have accompanied educators, artists, activists, community teams, and third-sector organizations working at the edges: between disciplines, between cultures, between what they already know and what they do not yet know how to name. People who recognize that the most relevant problems are not solved — they are traversed. And that traversing them requires a listening that includes what is not said, what repeats itself, what resists being put into words. Together we seek something more than technical solutions: spaces where shared uncertainty becomes generative, and where the singular in each person can emerge as a difference that transforms the collective.
We operate without fixed hierarchies, from an organic structure that allows each project to take its own form. We recognize ourselves as instruments of a collective decision, taking on with responsibility the ethical care of each encounter.

Who we are
At ParamitaLab, projects move like waves propagating from a stone thrown into still water: they extend outward, shape new possibilities, and then return with ideas that inform what comes next. At other times, they initiate a drift that becomes something completely new, that no longer belongs to us, that takes on a life of its own and is no longer ours, which we release with gratitude.
We work with a project-based structure inspired by the behavior of flocks of birds, where leadership emerges organically according to context and experience, rather than being based on fixed roles.

ParamitaLab was born in 2017 from a profound encounter. Four professionals from education, psychology, business and politics discovered, through personal exploration and a journey through the philosophies of ancient Western thought, Eastern traditions and anthroposophy, that the world needs new spaces for transformation. Theories and diagnoses were not enough: experiential laboratories were needed, places where a renewed perspective could emerge, grounded in deep human values and genuinely directed towards the community of humankind.
Thus ParamitaLab emerged: a meeting space where theory and practice unite to generate personal and collective transformation. We work with changemakers in different fields who seek something more than technical solutions. Together with them, we seek to understand the profound roots of the challenges we face as humanity.
This is our journey so far
Every project we undertake leaves a mark that transforms us. What began as an encounter between four people has unfolded in waves that cross geographies and disciplines. These are the moments that have defined our path:
2017
Founding encounter between education, psychology, philosophy, politics and business
2019
First experimental laboratories in Italy and Argentina
05/10/2020
Establishment of ParamitaLab ETS, a third-sector organisation.
2021
Integration of the European perspective through the first international projects
2023
First activities of Studio Atelierista
2025
Co-creation of WellSpaces Network (as co-lead organisation)
2027
First activities of C.A.S.A. Reggello (coming soon — we'll keep you posted!)

Scaffolding. Constellation. Holding.
Scaffolding: ParamitaLab accompanies the birth of initiatives: it offers structure, resources and orientation while an idea finds its form.
Constellation: As initiatives grow, they do not disperse — they become part of a shared field, each with its own identity and in relation to one another.
Holding: The structure that remains neither directs nor absorbs. It holds — with presence, values and continuity — so that each initiative may take risks.

The act of articulating the possible is never solitary, but rather a collective fabric woven from many threads.
